Selling Building - Portland

Through extensive research of the building’s original construction and subsequent remodel in the late 1930’s, the lobby accent panels and suite entries were hand made & designed to honor the historic motifs uncovered. The original terrazzo floor was also exposed and restored while all building systems were rerouted to create a coffered ceiling.
